Our Speaker Panel will discuss creating fabulous events through collaboration. Have you wondered how to build these relationships? Barbara Flamenbaum Barbara Flamenbaum is the founder and president of Atlantic City Ambassador, LLC, a destination management company offering event services such as meeting and special event planning, teambuilding, décor, entertainment, and transportation, etc. to groups visiting Atlantic City and the surrounding areas. She has more than 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, previously working at the Sands Hotel Casino in the special events, marketing, and customer service divisions. Michael Lazar Michael Lazar has been entertaining crowds of all ages since high school. Starting with theatrical performances in school plays, he acquired the zest for show-biz and continued performing with Community Theatre groups during his college years. Michael also had small roles in various commercials, industrial films and soap operas, including voice-over and print work. Michael attributes his acting & singing as the foundation for his success as a Mobile DJ Entertainer and Event Planner. Go 1.4 miles and turn right onto Running Deer Trail. Arrive at Running Deer Golf Club .5 miles. Or Take Route 206 South and follow past Route 40 intersection. This will put you on Wheat Road. Follow to Delsea Drive (Route 47) and turn right going North. Follow .6 miles to Garden Road Intersection (traffic light, Minotola Bank) and turn left heading West. Follow 3.6 miles and turn left on Parvins Mill Road (Route 645). Go 1.4 miles and turn right onto Running Deer Trail. Arrive at Running Deer Golf Club .5 miles. Take Route 55 North to Garden Road/Brotmanville Exit #35B. Turn left at the exit. Take Garden Road approximately 2.3 miles and turn left onto Parvins Mill Road (Route 645). Go 1.4 miles and turn right onto Running Deer Trail. Arrive at Running Deer Golf Club .5 miles. Take Route 40 or Landis Avenue (Route 56) West to Route 47. Follow Route 47 North to Garden Road and head West. Go 3.6 miles and turn left onto Parvins Mill road. Go 1.4 miles and turn right onto Running Deer Trail. Arrive at Running Deer Golf Club .5 miles. Take Route 49 East to Route 77 North. At Carl's Corner take Route 56 for .5 miles to Parvins Mill Road. Travel approximately 2.6 miles and turn left onto Running Deer Trail. Arrive at Running Deer Golf Club .5 miles. Take Route 40 East to Route 553 South. Follow 553 for 4 miles and turn left onto Garden Road. Go 2.8 miles and turn right on Parvins Mill Road. Turn right onto Running Deer Trail. Arrive at Running Deer Golf Club .5 miles. Don’t miss the fun time to be had by all! We’ll be at the Scotland Run Golf Course on January 21st, 2010. Gail Bower will be joining us to tell us everything we need to know about event sponsorship. February 18th, 2010, March 18th, 2010 and April 15th, 2010 may not be planned yet but you can bet that they’ll all be educational – and fun! May 20th, 2010 will be a panel discuss called Vendors to Vows. Not a wedding planner? No problem – the workings of a corporate function or non-profit gala encompass a lot of the same details! Our final event for the season – a Member Appreciation event – will be held on Thursday, June 17th, 2010. We’re looking forward to wishing a great summer to all of our members! |
